Artwork & Content Responsibility
By submitting artwork, logos, photos, names, or text (“Content”) to BCS Print, Signs & Graphics, you confirm that:
- You own the Content, or you have the owner's permission to reproduce it on the products you ordered.
- The Content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or other right of any third party.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BCS Print, Signs & Graphics (a DBA of Texan Printing & Publishing Co.) from any claims, damages, or costs arising from the Content you provide.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order
If we believe an order may infringe on someone else's rights, or that it contains offensive or unlawful content, we may refuse or cancel it. If we cancel an order for this reason before production starts, you'll get a full refund.
Proof approval is your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing and approving your proof for spelling, names, dates, and layout. Once a proof is approved, errors on the approved proof aren't covered by reprint or refund.
